Great Joy!
One of the most amazing experiences of my life happened last night, August 17th 2011! After a few days of asking lots of questions about heaven, Jesus, etc., my daughter who is almost 5 asked if she could pray and ask Jesus to save her and live in her heart for ever! I asked her some questions and explained more about asking forgiveness and Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection. After that she said she was ready, and I helped her pray! She was so excited that Jesus was with her always and she would see Him, her Papa Al, her bunny Lily that died (obviously I don’t really believe this one, but c’mon she’s 4!) the streets of gold, and the brightness and splendor of heaven! While I know she is very young, the things she holds so close to her heart and remembers just blow me away! Words can’t express how proud I am of her and the fact that she is already drawing so close to her Heavenly Father! Last night, Jesus changed the life of my little girl forever!
